Unik motel was fabulous it's a small little motel but it has a very modern feel with excellent amenities and was very clean. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the staff was super nice and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had an excellent stay. This is my new favorite motel in the Los Angeles area and will definitely stay again.

This is a very clean place and very quiet as far as the people and part. You do hear the city traffic but it's not as crazy as being near the beach. It's so clean and everything is newer and nice. Even the outside looks better than the photos all updated, painted, flowers out side. Looks more like what you'd expect from a nice hotel rather than a motel. Locatin is good. Great walking distance food spots (5 minutes at a slow pace). The only reason I give it a 9 rather than a 10 is because the kitchen/dinette does nto have any type of pots and/or pans to do any type of cooking. However, I did not ask the front desk if they were available but overall it's an amazing spot away from the heavier trafficked areas.

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh upon entry. There was very good lighting in the bedroom. Also liked the stylish coat hangers which I used to keep my daypack off the table and floor. Liked having a separate small dining table to keep the food away from the desk which I used for working with my laptop. I didn't use the kitchenette but it next time I will, liked the clean lines of the stove top. Good size refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Also liked the climate control system - was fairly easy to use. The backlit mirror is a very nice touch!

Every room is beautiful renovated, with a silent and efficient AC. You'll get a big comfortable bed with charging docks beside for usb and regular. A new and big refrigerator includes freezer. You'll have a small kitchen with all you need for cooking. New furniture, new bathroom with new windows even fly screens. Really grat detail thinking. For cooking you'll get a box with different cooking utensils and silverware. Every morning from 07AM - 11AM you'll find fresh coffee or tee at the reception. It didn't feel unsafe as some or another reviewer mentioned. It's a main street with a lot of industry like workshops and so on. We've came back every evening, sometimes midnight and everything was good. Friendly stuff, everything helpful. Open for special requests. Housekeeping on requests, perfect solutions for my opinion. You decide if you want or not. So this motel was a little treasure and I will definitely book my next SoCal trip here.

Near Full-Size refrigerator. Two-Burner electric stove. Full-Size microwave. Disposable bathroom slippers. Lighted bathroom mirror. Dimmer switch. Remote thermostat control. Spacious and clean, clean, clean.

The property is updated and modern. The room is clean as well. The only thing we didn’t like is the shower head - the water pressure is really low. Other than that, the room is pleasant and the staff is nice. We recommend the place!

The roses were beautiful, nice little kitchen. They should take a picture of the grounds. I don’t think that picture of their sign in the back of the building does the property justice. I almost didn’t stay here because it looked a little rough. It wasn’t at all. It’s obvious they care about their Motel and their guests.

The staff was very helpful , friedly.the rooms arr ver comfortable great quite air conditioner.maintenance was very friendly and helpful and respectful. Love the kitchenettes . Overall i will come back and i will recommended to my friends. I will rate - 91/2

Perfect stay, very clean and comfortable and lovely kitchen in the room which was unexpected, just wish there were more outlets in the room to plug up simple things like your laptop and phone charger but other than 10/10
